Monday, June 28--Cranberry Glades & Greenbrier State Forest

Thae Cranberry Glades are known for their unique collection of bog flora.


Orchid


Sundew--a insectivorous plant


Pitcher plant. The "pitcher" lies at the base of these flowers. Water collects in the pitcher and unsuspecting insects drown, then are digested by enzymes in the water.


Roasting marshmallows in camp at Greenbrier State Forest.


A first--a clarinet as campfire accompaniment.
