New River Gorge & Greenbrier State Forest

Our first stop was at the New River Gorge.

All those stairs! 178 down, the 178 up.

Then we made our way to the Greenbrier State Forest and set up camp.

One tent even has a tent flag.

Our evening started with a short quiz on wilderness survival and finished with late-evening "Star-Gazing 101".
