We spent the morning collating data and re-working the salamander paper.
In the afternoon, we worked on our e-guides in the library. Not too many photo-ops today.
This impressive rhinoceros beetle (Dynastes tityus, also known as the Eastern
Hercules Beetle) was on the steps to
Scott Hall in the morning. It's a female -- it has no "rhino package" (horns). And
it really does have two more legs tucked underneath.
